Contribute by aligning people strategies with business goals to drive organizational performance, employee development and engagement initiatives by executing structured learning programs
Key Responsibilities
Training Program Implementation
- To support the execution of training initiatives aligned to Individual Development Plans (IDPs) & Hi-Potential (Hi-Po) talent roadmap
- Coordinate logistics, communication, and evaluation of training programs
Content Design & Learning Innovation
- Assist in designing in-house training content and facilitating internal knowledge sessions.
- Research and recommend relevant certifications, elearning programs, and development resources
- Continuously explore innovative learning methodologies and digital tools
LMS Management
- Track and ensure completion of mandatory and assigned trainings on global learning platforms
- Generate completion reports and escalate delays where necessary
Engagement & Pulse Surveys
- To drive employee engagement surveys, pulse surveys and perform detailed analysis of survey findings
- To Support the execution and implementation of action plans developed from survey findings
HR Dashboards & Reports
- To prepare and maintain L&D MIS Reports
- To support HR initiatives ensuring accurate data visualization for senior management reviews
- Analyze trends related to training effectiveness, engagement, and development initiatives
