Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Learning and Development Support
In this role, you will be working in Global HRO Ops support , resolving HR and employment policy queries, providing guidance on People policies and Employment Law, supporting managers with solutions, coaching line managers, and building positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Mandatory Learning - Strategic & Coordination Support
.Partner with the Digital Learning Lead to upload and manage SCORM content within the Learning Hub.
.Test content end-to-end against defined SME/testing criteria (flow, audience visibility, assessments, completion tracking).
.Manage ad-hoc mandatory learning requests (e.g., regulatory and compliance-driven modules such as EU DORA, Cyber, underwriting frameworks).
.Engage directly with internal SMEs and stakeholders across seniority levels.
.Represent L&D in Global Regulatory Content Forums track actions, support coordination, and contribute to process governance.
2. L&D Event & Curriculum Coordination
.Coordinate and schedule training sessions, curriculums, webinars, and events within the Learning Hub.
.Proactively and reactively track participation, completions, and stakeholder engagement.
.Manage logistics for in-person events, including room bookings, materials, and equipment setup.
.Liaise with approved vendors (PSL) for externally supported events (calls, in-person, email coordination).
.Schedule sequential learning pathways and rosters (e.g., leadership programs) and ensure evaluations are triggered, tracked, and collated.
3. Global Learning Academy Coordination
.Partner with Learning Product Managers across multiple skill areas to support module assignments, content uploads, events, testing, roster management, and evaluations.
.Maintain regular governance cadence (weekly meetings per product skill area).
.Develop understanding of each skill area pipeline to proactively support execution and delivery.
4. Custodianship of L&D Workday Cases & Service Management
.Oversee L&D-related Workday cases and ensure timely resolution.
.Respond to cases within area of expertise triage and route others appropriately.
.Analyse case trends and contribute insights to the monthly Service Management pack.
.Provide data-driven storytelling through performance and case analytics reviews.
5. Professional Qualifications (Development) Administration
.Process global professional development requests received via Learning Hub.
.Review, triage, and coordinate approvals with requesters and managers.
.Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) liaise with vendors/training providers.
.Review invoices, manage receipts, and ensure accurate financial processing.
6. L&D Budget & Commercial Coordination Support
.Act as Purchase Requisitioner for the L&D cost centre.
.Raise and reconcile PRs/POs validate invoices and Statements of Work (SOWs).
.Maintain and update the L&D forecast tracker.
.Manage vendor liaison activities (e.g., CII memberships, exams, certifications).
.Coordinate vendor-driven initiatives (e.g., 360 feedback tools, assessments) and engage senior business stakeholders for competency reviews and feedback processes.

Minimum Qualifications
.Graduate in any Stream
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Experience in Learning & Development operations, learning administration, or training coordination within a corporate environment.
.Experience managing training logistics, vendor coordination, and stakeholder engagement across multiple seniority levels.
.Working knowledge of regulatory/mandatory learning administration processes.
.Experience raising Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), and managing invoice reconciliation.
.Strong understanding of service management processes (case management, SLA tracking, reporting).
.Ability to generate reports, dashboards, and analyse data trends for governance reviews.
.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience managing voice-based stakeholder interactions.
