Role Description

The Assistant Manager Lead, Fundraising Corporate Partnerships, is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves developing and managing partnerships with corporates, nurturing existing relationships, and initiating new collaborations to secure funding and support for impactful initiatives. Responsibilities include creating compelling proposals, delivering presentations, coordinating fundraising campaigns, and meeting fundraising goals. The role also entails regular reporting, data analysis, and fostering sustainable partnerships aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in creating and managing fundraising strategies and partnership development
• Skills in developing and presenting strategic fundraising proposals and reports
• Strong communication, relationship management, and networking abilities
• Experience in data analysis and reporting for tracking fundraising performance
• Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate a proactive and team-oriented attitude
• Knowledge of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) practices and non-profit sector dynamics is an advantage
• Degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Marketing or Communications.
