We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to join our HR team. The role will primarily focus on hiring and recruitment, along with managing the article ship portfolio, stipend coordination and addressing HR-related queries.

Role Description

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Executive at K. G. Somani & Co LLP. The role is on-site and located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Responsibilities include managing HR operations, supporting employee relations, implementing HR policies, and assisting in day-to-day HR management. The intern will contribute to fostering an engaging and positive workplace culture while ensuring organizational compliance with HR practices.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and skills in HR Management and HR Operations

Experience or understanding of Employee Relations and HR Policies

General understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (completed or pursuing)

Relevant internship experience in HR is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Managing the Articles portfolio, including onboarding, allocation, transfers, and exits

End-to-end recruitment and hiring for Articles, Executives, and lateral positions

Handling stipend processing, attendance inputs, and coordination with payroll

Resolving HR queries related to attendance, leaves, policies, and documentation

Coordinating interviews with partners, managers, and candidates

Maintaining HR records, trackers, and MIS

Supporting HR initiatives, internal communication, and compliance-related activities

Graduate/Post-graduate in HR / Management (preferred)

13 years of HR experience (freshers with relevant exposure may apply)

Good communication and coordination skills

Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic HR processes.
