We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Tax and Treasury, R2R!
In this role, we require someone with extensive knowledge and experience in filing Tax returns for Servicing of Loans & Leasing portfolio.Responsibilities
.Completion of Tax returns Due by Jurisdiction Deadlines
.Property tax renditions
oIncludes evaluating values
oIncludes payments for bills
.Sales/Use tax returns and payments
.Run EOM assigned reports
.Track and update expiring exemption certificates
.Create check requests for payments made regarding property tax and sales tax
.Load exemption certificates in Vertex-O within 12 hours of being assigned
.Create tax adjustments for corrections needed to lessee accounts
.Booking file review completed
.Assist in audits for SOC
.Assist in audits by jurisdictions for client support
.Help in Tax Research, tax law and regulations to support client or supervisor
.Tax license renewal tracking and prepping (maintain current licenses)
.Tax Projects Assigned by ManagementOthers
.All CORA workflows are actioned on daily basis.
.100% peer audit and 30% FLM audit is performed on each activity and discrepancies to reported.
.Ensure all SLAs/KPIs are met as per agreed in client contract.
.SOPs to referred while processing and all recent changes are updated immediately.
.Errors are reported on the error tracker on daily basis.
.Genome and Amber completion monthly including ilearn tasks.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.B.Com/MBA Finance/CA-InterPreferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Minimum experience of tax.
.Good Written/Verbal Communication
.MS Excel Knowledge, Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros, PowerBi
.Quality Lean/Process Improvement knowledge
