Assistant Manager - JDDD MARKETING + GROWTH

Marketing & Campaign Operations

• Manage complete marketing operations for JDDD across all series phases.
• Coordinate with Product, OAP, App, Content, Finance, and Partnerships teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Ensure timely deployment of all promotional and marketing assets.
• Support live campaign optimization and course correction based on real-time performance insights.

Performance & Growth Management

• Track and analyze game and campaign performance during and after each series.
• Recommend data-driven improvements to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Identify growth opportunities across audience cohorts, languages, and distribution platforms.

Gratification & Compliance Oversight

• Manage end-to-end gratification processes, including prize distribution across major series such as IPL.
• Coordinate between Audit Agency, Jio Platforms Ltd, Fulfilment Agency, and Commercial teams to ensure compliance and operational accuracy.
• Ensure smooth stakeholder alignment and timely execution of all reward cycles.
