We are looking for an Assistant Manager IT Recruitment with strong experience in permanent staffing, team handling, and client management from a recruitment agency background. The role involves driving delivery and revenue targets while managing key client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of IT recruiters to meet hiring and revenue targets
• Handle end-to-end IT permanent recruitment
• Manage client relationships and ensure SLA adherence
• Drive closures, billing, and team performance
• Track recruitment metrics and revenue performance

Requirements:

• 612 years of IT recruitment experience in a recruitment agency
• Proven team handling and client management experience
• Strong exposure to permanent staffing and revenue targets
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
