Manage Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012 R2 & 2016 & 2019
Have work experience on VCenter & storage server
Good skill for Create New VM Server & Configure DC, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Active Directory, File Server , Hyper-V , Etc., Roles & Feature in Server
Server Patching Activity
ESXI Installation & Upgradation
VCenter Installation , Configuration & Upgradation
VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing)
Handling of ftp server
Configured and troubleshot of Group Policy, password policy, software deployment and folder redirection issues.
Created and implemented a departmental and geographical OU structure for group policy enforcement at different sites for our domain.
Performed daily system administrator Windows NT management tasks.
Managed the installation and configuration of Windows Server/Workstations.
Worked closely with vendors and provide the support during their implementation process.
Server management is a primary responsibility, and would be responsible for installing, maintaining (PC & Laptops) and upgrading software.
Mount/dismount servers on Racks, ILO configurations. ADD/Remove Hardware parts from the servers.
Commvault backup software Configuration, Installation and monitoring.
Following up with end users and close the pending tickets, if necessary, Identifying and escalating high priority, high severity issues

Technical Experience
Hardware: Dell, IBM System X servers, HP ProLiant, Gen 10, could servers & other system related components
Virtualization: VMWare, Windows Hyper-V,
Windows Server Services: Active Directory, DC, DNS, DHCP, User & Group Management, Group Policy, , IIS, FTP, WDS,
Operating Systems: Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019/2022, Windows 7/8/10/11,
Web Servers: IIS 6.0/8.0, etc.,
Server Administrator: Active Directory Administration, Group policy, shares and permissions.
VMWare Experience: Performs various functions, including being responsible for the overall implementation of security VMWare architecture
Qualification
Bachelors / Masters degree preferably in Computer Engineering or Science or Information Systems and /or equivalent formal training or work experience.
Professional Attributes: Must have excellent communication skills, flexibility to travel and run the show as individual contributor
Experience : 06 to 10 years of relevant experience in design and implementation with good analytical skills.
