- Manage and support Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) for corporate devices
- Handle L2 escalations related to device enrollment, compliance, and policy issues
- Configure and troubleshoot:
- Device compliance policies
- Configuration profiles
- Application deployment (Win32, Store, iOS/Android apps)
- Conditional Access dependencies (in coordination with IAM team)
- Support Windows Autopilot provisioning and lifecycle management
- Troubleshoot MDM/MAM issues for iOS, Android, and Windows devices
- Monitor device health, compliance reports, and remediation actions
- Coordinate with L1, AD/Azure AD, Security, and Desktop teams
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring endpoint issues
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards
- Participate in change management and planned deployments
