The resource shall be responsible for
Responsible for end-to-end IT infrastructure management across multiple domains. Oversees Citrix VDI deployment (300+ desktops/workstations), Citrix Studios, StoreFront servers, XenServers, and GPU licensing. Manages Veeam backups (150+ TB), Commvault endpoint backups (600+ devices), and ensures data restoration and compliance. Administers Citrix VPN for 400+ users. Handles server commissioning, performance monitoring, and network infrastructure including LAN, WLC, switches, firewalls, Meraki AD, NPS, DHCP, and DNS. Manages 750 mobile devices via MDM, and enterprise storage systems (Dell/Cisco). Supervises data center operations (access control, UPS, CCTV), vendor coordination (procurement, AMC evaluation, OEM support), and physical security systems (CCTV, biometrics). Ensures compliance through software/firmware updates, license management, and KMS. Participates in ISO/CMMI audits, providing evidence aligned with compliance frameworks.
