Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic IT Leadership:
• Define and execute the IT strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and drive digital innovation initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure best-in-class technology solutions and services.
• Infrastructure Management:
• Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, networking, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
• Ensure system scalability, high availability, and business continuity.
• Lead initiatives to optimize IT performance and reduce operational risk.
• Security & Compliance:
• Implement and maintain IT security policies, identity management, and compliance frameworks.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents to minimize organizational risk.
• Team Leadership & Service Delivery:
• Lead cross-functional IT teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Streamline IT processes to improve efficiency, responsiveness, and user satisfaction.
• Define KPIs, track performance, and ensure service levels are met across IT operations.
• Budgeting & Resource Management:
• Plan, manage, and optimize the IT budget.
• Prioritize IT initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
• Digital Resilience & Innovation:
• Drive adoption of automation, cloud, and digital tools to enhance organizational resilience.
• Champion projects that improve system reliability, performance, and user experience.
