Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the inventory and change management in the in-plant operations.
  • Key contact for the customer for inventory-related issues and for new parts introduction.
  • Ensure 100+% stock accuracy and cycle count as per plan.
  • Drive continuous improvements including space and manpower optimization.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of operational experience in managing in-plant operations for automotive/manufacturing OEM, especially in inventory management.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Communication, team management, and perseverance skills.
