Key Responsibilities
- Lead the inventory and change management in the in-plant operations.
- Key contact for the customer for inventory-related issues and for new parts introduction.
- Ensure 100+% stock accuracy and cycle count as per plan.
- Drive continuous improvements including space and manpower optimization.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of operational experience in managing in-plant operations for automotive/manufacturing OEM, especially in inventory management.
Skills And Competencies
- Proven team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Communication, team management, and perseverance skills.
