Job Summary:

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to lead international voice operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth process delivery, manage teams effectively, and meet client KPIs and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise international voice process teams.
Drive operational excellence and process efficiency.
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

6+ years of BPO experience, with at least 1 year in AM role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage performance and deliver results.
Flexible to work in shifts, including night shifts.
