Roles & Responsibilities :
1.Sales Target Achievement:
Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets in international markets as outlined in
the Annual Operating Plan
Prioritize the promotion and sale of our products within India and other targeted regions.
2.Client Communication and Product Information:
Provide detailed inform ation about our products to clients.
Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and compliance with international quality
standards.
Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
3.Sales Booking and Database Management:
Close sales deals with in ternational clients.
Maintain a comprehensive database of sales related information for international
transactions.
Ensure accurate record keeping and timely follow up.
4.Lead Collation and Follow Up:
Regularly collate and track international leads from various sources (trade shows, referrals,
online platforms, etc.).
Customize sales pitches to address the specific needs and preferences of different
international markets.
Proactively follow up with pote ntial clients to nurture leads.
5.Driving New International Sales:
Implement loyalty programs, referral initiatives, and corporate sales channels to drive new
business.
Adapt sales strategies based on the dynamics of each international market and customer
behaviour
Who are we looking for
1 to 4 years experience in sales preferably in a similar industry I nter national sales experience
preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients from diverse cultural
backgrounds.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
