About the Role

This opportunity is within the Technology Integration & Separation (I&S) M&A team, part of Deal Advisory & Strategy at KDNI.

As an Assistant Manager in the I&S team, you will play a critical role in supporting M&A transactions, helping clients navigate technology due diligence, integrations, carveouts, and value creation initiatives.

What you'll do

IT & Technology Due Diligence

• Assess target company IT landscape: systems, products, costs, vendors, and contracts
• Identify technology risks, remediation actions, and cost implications
• Translate complex tech insights into clear business impact for deal teams
• Contribute to IT DD reports and client-ready deliverables
• Support / lead client calls and discussions

Integration & Separation (M&A)

• Advise clients on post-merger integration, carve-outs, and optimization
• Lead the technology workstream across integrations and separations
• Define target operating models, TSAs, and execution roadmaps
• Facilitate client workshops and assess IT synergies

Experience:

57 years in one or more of:

• IT / Tech Due Diligence
• IT Carve outs
• M&A IT Integration / Separation
• IT Strategy or Enterprise Architecture
• IT Project / Program Management

• Strong exposure to enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, core platforms)
• Hands-on experience supporting technology assessments or diligence

Nice to have

• Certifications: ITIL, AWS, Azure, GCP, TOGAF, COBIT, CISSP, CompTIA
• Consulting or client-facing experience in M&A environments
