Key Responsibilities
- Execute in-house audit assignments as per the annual audit plan, including preparation of draft audit reports and obtaining alignment on corrective action plans.
- Perform data analytics for identified risk areas to support audit findings and drive insights.
- Support Internal Financial Controls (IFC) activities for the Parent Company as well as subsidiaries.
- Conduct business process reviews, validate new system developments, and recommend process improvements.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen controls, enhance compliance, and improve process efficiency and productivity, including highlighting potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Support the team with Action Taken Report (ATR) follow-ups to ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Essential Attributes
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with exposure to internal audit.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver within defined timelines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools (expected for analytics and reporting).
Qualification Criteria
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of relevant internal audit experience and SAP knowledge.
