This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Manager Human Resources located in Gurgaon. The role involves supporting day-to-day HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment processes, onboarding, developing HR policies, coordinating training programs, and addressing employee concerns. The Assistant Manager will also ensure the organization complies with labor laws and HR best practices.

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition expertise, including sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Knowledge of Employee Engagement initiatives and processes
• Experience in Performance Appraisal Systems and HR Policy Development
• Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and reporting tools
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of HR functions
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are a plus
