Position: Human Resources – Assistant Manager

Role Description

The ideal candidate should have experience hiring from both the tech industry and marketing / advertising industry, with a strong understanding of fast-paced team structures, creative roles, technical roles, and performance-driven work environments.

Key Responsibilites:-

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech, marketing, creative, sales, and operations roles.
  • Source and attract quality talent from the technology and marketing industries.
  • Handle onboarding, employee documentation, HR operations, attendance, and leave management.
  • Use Zoho Suite for HR, recruitment, employee records, workflow management, and internal coordination.
  • Support employee engagement, performance management, retention, and team culture initiatives.
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees to maintain a positive and professional work environment.
  • Assist in HR policy implementation, grievance handling, compliance, and internal communication.
  • Coordinate training, development, reviews, and team-building activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with Zoho Suite is preferred / required.
  • Strong recruitment experience across tech and marketing profiles.
  • Good understanding of roles such as developers, designers, digital marketers, performance marketers, content creators, account managers, and sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, people management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with maturity and professionalism.
  • Organized, responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • Prior experience in an agency, startup, SaaS company, IT company, or fast-paced digital business will be preferred.
