Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and adherence to organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
- Oversee employee documentation, induction, and record maintenance
- Maintain and update HRMS data (Workday or similar systems)
2. Payroll & Compensation Coordination
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, validation, and processing
- Ensure accuracy of attendance, leave, and salary records
- Resolve employee queries related to payroll, reimbursements, and deductions
3. Statutory Compliance & Audit
- Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESIC, CLRA, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.)
- Coordinate statutory filings with consultants and stakeholders
- Support internal and external audits and maintain compliance documentation
4. HR MIS & Reporting
- Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports
- Track key HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, and absenteeism
- Provide insights for management decision-making
5. Employee Engagement & Support
- Address employee queries and grievances promptly
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
- Ensure adherence to company policies and disciplinary procedures
6. Exit Management & Full & Final Settlement
- Manage exit processes including clearances and documentation
- Ensure timely Full & Final settlement
- Issue relieving and experience letters
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of HR operations and labour laws
- Hands-on experience in payroll coordination
- Proficiency in HRMS (Workday preferred) and MS Excel
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations
- Preferably from logistics, infrastructure, or similar industries
Preferred Attributes
- Experience managing a multi-location workforce
- Exposure to compliance-driven environments
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace
