Responsibilities
- HR Generalist Hiring/ Recruitment of vacant positions at site as per Org Structure
- Employee Lifecycle Management Hire to Retire process
- Performance Management System
- Conducting meetings as per the Mines Act applicability such as Canteen Committee, Safety Committee etc.
- Conduct meetings with contractors monthly and educate them on latest amendments /observations of inspections/responsibilities as an employer.
- Manage Time office and attendance management system.
- Ensure coverage for all regular contractors in Kronos CLMS system and Kronos related compliances.
- Ensure 100% compliance as per the DGMS Guidelines and Provisions of the Factories Act & other applicable labor laws within the stipulated time.
- Ensure proper maintenance of contractor's records & registers / returns and ensure Nil Observations during statutory authorities inspections.
- Inspect/Review Statutory compliance of the Contractors and company. ensure timely compliance - 100% monthly.
- Ensure all employees shift updation on a weekly basis.
- Resolve issue related to attendance/Leave/Coff/ Regularization.
- Prepare Consolidated monthly IR MIS for monthly meeting.
- Disciplinary action against absenteeism case of ARPL/AEL employee.
- Employee Grievance Management.
- No of Man days lose due to IR issues (Target - Zero).
- NCs observed during internal compliance audit / External inspections.
- Wage disbursed on or before timelines - 7th /10th.

Qualifications
Essential: Graduate and Undergraduate with Computer skills
Desired: MBA/MSW
