Onboarding & Employee Experience:
- Design and implement an exceptional onboarding process that creates a WOW effect and delivers a positive, memorable experience for new joiners.
- Manage and enhance the existing New Hire Orientation Program with a strong assimilation and connect framework.
- Drive induction and orientation initiatives with a unique, engaging employee connect plan and buddy system.
- Strengthen employee branding through impactful onboarding and cultural assimilation practices.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Drive employee engagement programs across key accounts with regular connects, issue resolution, and pulse checks.
- Analyze employee sentiment through ground-level feedback and take proactive steps to address potential attrition risks.
- Use analytics and dashboards to track motivation and hygiene factors to foster high morale and retention.
- Conduct regular Employee Satisfaction Surveys (E-SATs) and incorporate findings into engagement strategies.
Coaching, Counselling & Change Management:
- Provide coaching and counselling to employees to support their growth and resolve concerns.
- Promote and facilitate change management initiatives for organizational changes.
- Work closely with business and client leadership teams to develop change solutions aligned with business goals.
HR Program Implementation & Policy Development:
- Promote HR programs that contribute to a productive and conflict-free workplace.
- Develop and implement HR policies and learning frameworks to support career growth and competency development.
- Understand employee competencies and build structured competency frameworks for development planning.
Retention, Compensation & Strategic HR Planning:
- Collaborate with Central CoE teams to create retention and compensation plans tailored to business needs.
- Partner with leadership teams to design HR strategies and execute people management initiatives.
- Manage critical HR projects and drive continuous process improvements.
Employer Branding & Communication:
- Collaborate with the marketing team on HR branding and culture campaigns via social media and internal channels.
- Design and execute various employee communication initiatives such as skip-level meetings and connect sessions.
- Showcase organizational culture to attract and retain top talent.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner with 6+ years in a similar role.
- Experience managing headcounts of 300 to 500 employees.
- Full-time degree/certification in Human Resources or a related specialization.
- Strong understanding of:
- HR policies, procedures, and compliance
- Employee engagement and welfare programs
- Labor laws and HR concepts in product engineering or similar sectors
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Design and manage onboarding, ESATs, NPS, and survey frameworks
- Partner with leadership on strategic HR initiatives
- Create and execute employee connect programs and communication strategies
- Expertise in:
- Stakeholder management
- HR policy creation and change management
- Employer branding and talent retention strategies
- Detail-oriented with solid knowledge of HR compliance and quality management processes.
- Strong MS Office and HRIS systems skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High energy, collaboration mindset, and result-driven approach.
