Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager HR (Payroll Specialist), based in Noida. Responsibilities include overseeing payroll operations HR Compliance, Statutory Compliance (ESIC, EPF), ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement, managing employee benefits, and maintaining compliance with HR policies. The role also involves fostering positive employee relations, handling HR management tasks, and supporting the implementation of effective employee programs to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes and practices.
• Strong abilities in HR Management, including managing HR operations and initiatives.
• Experience in handling Employee Benefits.
• In-depth knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• HR Compliances (ESIC, EPF) Statutory Compliance.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; certifications like SHRM or PHR are a plus
