- Responsible for end-to-end HR operations, including Indian Payroll, Attendance & Employee lifecycle management
- Strong in statutory compliance with Indian labour laws, including EPF, ESI, Gratuity, and Contract Labour Act
- Handle Employee Relations, Leave Management, Grievance Redressal, Disciplinary Actions & HR Policies
- Drive HR analytics, Reporting & Process Improvements
- Manage employee benefits, performance management, exit formalities, employee engagement initiatives & policy updates
- MBA / MSW Graduate with 6 – 12 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in an MNC and manufacturing industry.
- Language proficiency in Kannada and Hindi is preferred, along with excellent English communication skills.
