Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end HR operations, payroll, HRMS management, and compliance. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate data management, seamless employee lifecycle processes, and adherence to statutory regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, payroll administration, HRMS integration, and labour compliance with the ability to work collaboratively across teams to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage pre-boarding and onboarding processes, ensuring smooth and compliant employee transitions.
  • Manage employee lifecycle management, including job changes, transfers, confirmations, and exits, with a focus on data accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Coordinate timely and accurate offboarding, coordinating closely with Payroll, IT, and Legal for clearances and final processing.
  • Maintain high data integrity within the HRMS, managing updates on job details, reporting hierarchies, and compensation structures.
  • Support and manage HRMS data integrations across key modules such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, and Employee Central.
  • Conduct regular data audits and validations to ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory norms.
  • Manage labour law compliance and statutory reporting, maintaining accurate documentation and records as per organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsHR Business Partners, Payroll, IT, and HR Business Partnerto ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance HR operational effectiveness and the overall employee experience.
  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including salary computation, reimbursements, and full and final settlements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
  • Handle the accurate and timely filing of payroll-related statutory returns such as TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax.
  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including leave management, insurance, gratuity, compensation revisions, and bonuses, while addressing and resolving related employee queries promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master's preferred).
  • 47 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations, Payroll, and HRMS Management.
  • Working knowledge of HRMS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or PeopleSoft).
  • Strong understanding of labour laws, compliance reporting, and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, TDS, PT, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end payroll processes and HR data integrity.
  • Excellent analytical, data management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all deliverables.
