Skills:
- Strong analytical and numerical ability with expertise in Excel/Power BI.
- Knowledge of manpower planning models, HR metrics, and ACR/ AIP Administration.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Attention to detail with high focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in HR, Finance or related discipline.
- 4-8 years of experience in HR with specific exposure to manpower planning, budgeting, and compensation & benefits administration.
- Experience in HRMS and advanced analytics tools preferred.
