Job Title: Assistant Manager HR (Rewards)

Experience: 48 Years

sQualification: MBA in HR or Equivalent

Location: Bangalore (BLR)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive HR professional to manage manpower planning, rewards, and budgeting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations, HRMS tools, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Skills:

  1. Strong analytical and numerical ability with expertise in Excel/Power BI.
  2. Knowledge of manpower planning models, HR metrics, and ACR/ AIP Administration.
  3. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  4. Attention to detail with high focus on accuracy and compliance.
  5. Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

  1. MBA/PGDM in HR, Finance or related discipline.
  2. 4-8 years of experience in HR with specific exposure to manpower planning, budgeting, and compensation & benefits administration.
  3. Experience in HRMS and advanced analytics tools preferred.
