ASSISTANT MANAGER HR - EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

Job Description :

Conduct surveys (eNPS, satisfaction surveys) and analyse feedback

Drive employee communication programs and cultural initiatives

Coordinate R&R (Rewards & Recognition) programs

Address employee queries & escalate concerns appropriately

Facilitate onboarding and induction sessions as required

Conduct branch visits & employee connect programs

Assist in grievance handling & employee relations activities

Organize internal events, CSR activities, and celebration days

Support HR in performance management cycle coordination

Maintain records, MIS reports, and dashboards related to HR initiatives

Work closely with Business HR and Cluster HR teams for engagement plans

Plan, develop & execute monthly/quarterly employee engagement activities
