POSITION/ ROLE: Assistant Manager HR - Commercial Air Conditioning
LOCATION: Delhi
OBJECTIVE
Drive and execute core HR operations for the zone, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance
management, and compliance. This role requires hands-on involvement in day-to-day HR activities while
collaborating with zonal leadership to implement organizational policies and initiatives effectively.
KEY DELIVERABLES
Talent Acquisition
- Execute end-to-end recruitment for zonal roles, ensuring timely closure of positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and manage interview processes.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Employee Connect
- Act as the first point of contact for employees and zonal leadership for HR-related queries.
- Implement engagement programs and activities.
- Resolve employee grievances promptly and maintain a positive work environment.
Performance Management
- Facilitate performance appraisal cycles and ensure timely completion.
- Support managers in goal-setting and provide guidance on evaluation processes.
- Track employee performance and assist in development planning.
Training and Development
- Identify skill gaps and recommend relevant training programs.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for zonal employees.
- Promote continuous learning and professional development initiatives.
Compliance and Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies at the zonal level.
- Communicate and implement HR policies effectively across teams.
HR Metrics and Reporting
- Maintain HR dashboards and track key metrics like attrition, recruitment timelines, and engagement scores.
- Prepare periodic reports for zonal leadership and senior management.
