Assistant Manager - HR Analytics

Role Responsibilities:

Analyze HR data to identify trends and suggest improvements in people practices.

Design and maintain HR dashboards and ad hoc reports using Power BI.

Support HR projects through data-driven insights and reporting solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into reporting deliverables.

Job Requirements:

4+ years of experience in HR analytics or business intelligence.

Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.

Strong skills in Power BI, Excel, and handling complex data sets.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
