The HR Analytics Assistant Manager is responsible for leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic HR decisions. This role involves analyzing HR metrics, developing dashboards, and providing actionable recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent management initiatives.
Responsibilities
.Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
.Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics such as turnover, recruitment, employee engagement, and diversity.
.Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies through data analysis.
.Collaborate with HR teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
.Present findings and insights to HR leadership and other stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
.Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality in all analytics activities.
.Stay updated with the latest HR analytics tools, techniques, and best practices.
.Assist in designing and implementing HR analytics projects and initiatives.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or related field Master's degree preferred.
.Proven experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related role.
.Strong proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems, and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
.Knowledge of statistical methods and data visualization techniques.
.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Experience with predictive analytics and machine learning is a plus.
.Understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and organizational development.
.Project management skills and attention to detail.
