Job Responsibilities:
- Revamp and design product collaterals and templates (PPT, Word, PDF, images).
- Design creatives for social media and performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, Display networks).
- Translate briefs into effective visual solutions.
- Develop website banners, landing page visuals, and emailers.
- Create investor education visuals.
- Work closely with digital marketing, content and product teams and external agencies.
- Handle multiple projects with quick turnaround times.
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
AI-Enabled Creative Production
Use AI tools to:
- Generate visual concepts, mood boards, and design references
- Support motion workflows through AI-assisted animation, masking, and rotoscoping
- Creating multiple creative variations quickly for performance marketing
- (Examples of tools: Adobe Firefly, Generative Fill, AI-powered video tools, prompt-based design assistants, etc.)
Tools & Software
- Adobe Photoshop for digital creatives, image editing
- Adobe Illustrator for vector graphics, icons, illustrations
- Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animations
- Adobe Premiere Pro basic video editing
- Adobe Media Encoder exports and format optimization
Qualification :
Academic Qualifications:
- Degree in design and animation.
- 4-5 years of experience in graphic design and preferably motion animation
- Create short-form motion videos for social media (Reels, Shorts, Stories, GIFs).
- Animate static creatives into engaging motion formats.
- Work on typography animation, icon animation, transitions, and basic sound syncing
- 10+ years of experience in relevant field in financial services, preferably Mutual fund industry.
Minimum Work Experience:
- Portfolio showcasing static and preferably motion work*.
- Ability to simplify complex (financial) information visually.
- Expertise in video formats, codecs, and platform specs.
- Knowledge of aspect ratios for social and ad platforms.
- Experience with AI tools for creative workflows.
