Assistant Manager - Front Office will support the smooth functioning of the front office, handle guest interactions and lead the front office team to ensure excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include managing front desk operations (check-in/check-out, guest experience), supervising front office staff and providing training, ensuring high standards of customer service, handling guest complaints and coordinating with other departments for seamless operations.

Qualifications

Hotel Management degree/diploma with 3-4 years of experience in front office management or similar role, preferably in hospitality
