Position: Assistant Manager - Finance

Location: Gurgaon

About the Role

Working closely with other Finance team members, you'll be responsible for supporting the smooth

running of our Finance Department.

Responsibilities: -

Record invoices & managing accounts payables in the internal finance system.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.

Bank reconciliation with ERP system data and matching of funds on daily/weekly and monthly

basis from different channels.

Manage quality control over financial transactions and reporting.

Documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain/strengthen internal

controls.

Keeping track on Bookkeeping, Taxes & financial compliances.

Assisting in preparation of MIS Reports, Cash Flows & Other Internal Reports.

TDS/TCS calculations

Preparation of Prepaid Amortization, Depreciation & Other Schedules.

Functional Knowledge of Closure of General Ledgers & Variance Analysis.

Requirements: -

3-6 years experience working in a startup in similar profiles.

Go-getter, Team player.

Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office & Oracle Netsuite

Strong verbal and written communications skills.
