Position Type Management

Support the rollout, adoption, and ongoing management of finance systems (FIAT, PeopleSoft, e-A&L and Concur). This role focuses on ensuring system readiness for hotels, providing user support, coordinating training, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Implementation & Readiness
  • Maintain system trackers (FIAT & PeopleSoft Smartsheets) and monitor hotel readiness
  • Review configuration templates and key reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Track pre-opening progress and support system implementation activities
  • Training & Communication
  • Plan and coordinate training schedules and webinars
  • Host training sessions and support user onboarding
  • Manage training communications, including invitations and follow-ups
  • Develop basic training materials and self-learning content (e.g., videos)
  • System Support & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as a point of contact for hotel enquiries and system-related support
  • Manage support mailbox and respond to user queries in a timely manner
  • Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues

Reporting, Adoption & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor system adoption and prepare periodic reports
  • Support FIAT billing and e-A&L monthly completion tracking
  • Conduct surveys, analyze feedback, and recommend improvements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
  • 3–5 years of experience in finance systems, ERP support, or project coordination
  • Experience with ERP systems and hospitality operations is an advantage

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel; proficient in PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience with Smartsheet or tracking tools preferred
  • Ability to create simple training materials and video recordings (Microsoft clip champ)
