Job Objective:
- Support preparation and timely submission of accurate MIS for satellite entities to enable informed business decisions.
- Support product costing based on sales and D&T requirements for external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Planning
- Analyse end-to-end profitability of satellite entities to understand overall business performance.
Core Functional
- Prepare monthly MIS for satellite entities (NA, Europe & China) including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and other management reports.
- Provide logical variance analysis against budget and previous year performance.
- Submit complete profitability analysis for satellite entities.
- Prepare annual budgets for NA, Europe & China satellite entities within defined timelines; revise as required.
- Prepare business plans/project reports for new proposals and bank limit requirements.
- Compile and prepare information for cost audit; ensure timely audit and filing.
Internal Process
- Prepare contribution margin reports product-wise and circulate regularly.
- Analyse monthly sales vs budget and assess impact on profitability for Pharmapack, NNP, Europe, NA, and China.
- Monitor transactions related to ACG Shanghai & SRO.
- Prepare monthly SRO expense allocation for all group companies.
- Submit monthly stock statements to banks.
- Prepare monthly product cost sheets and circulate the updated price list by the 1st of each month.
Educational Qualification:
- Chartered Accountant (First Attempt)
