Role Purpose
We are hiring for the role of Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts (Financial Reporting). This is an Individual Contributor role reporting to the Director Finance.
The responsibilities we entrust you with
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS, etc.) and internal reporting requirements.
Analyze variances and trends in financial reports and explain key drivers.
Assist with the preparation of reports for senior management, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
Collaborate with external auditors during audits and provide required documentation.
Maintain and update financial reporting systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor changes in accounting regulations and assess their impact on financial reporting.
Support internal control evaluations and enhancements related to financial reporting.
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks as needed.
Relevant work experience:
Years of work experience: 1-3 years
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (INDAS /IFRS).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Workiva).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
