Assistant Manager Finance

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Assistant Finance Manager to support our finance operations. This role is responsible for preparing monthly consolidated financial reports, coordinating audit processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering timely and accurate financial insights to support business decision-making, while also assisting in the IPO process.

Key Responsibilities

• :Assist in the IPO process and related financial preparation
• sPrepare monthly consolidated financial reports, including variance analysis, in collaboration with subsidiary accountant
• sCoordinate intercompany reconciliations and eliminate intercompany transaction
• sLiaise with auditors for interim and year-end audit
• sPrepare Group financial statements, including notes to account
• sDevelop monthly/quarterly management reporting slides for performance analysi
• sGuide and coach junior team members (Executives/Senior Executives
