Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and analytically strong Assistant Manager Finance to oversee end-to-end finance operations, including accounting, compliance, reporting, and process controls. The role will ensure financial integrity, and partner with business teams to support growth and scalability.

Financial Operations: Oversee daily accounting (GL, AP and AR) in ERP

Ensure accuracy in book closure (trial balance, schedules) & statutory filings with compliance to Ind AS/GAAP

Review of capitalization for Assets under development and Inventory management

Preparation of fortnightly cash forecast and working capital management.

Prepare budget vs actual spend tracker and exercise financial control over expenditures

Review MIS, and support in due diligence execution

Banking: coordinate with banks for financial instruments such as BGs, Credit line, TDs, and other banking requirements

Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to Companies Act, FEMA, IDPMS, EDPMS, IT, GST and related laws

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).

Experience: 23 years in F&A, Finance operations roles, preferably in start-ups or high-growth tech environments.

Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills.

Proficiency in financial tools, ERPs (preferably Zoho) and advanced Excel/modelling.

Prior experience in space-tech, aerospace, or deep-tech domains will be a plus.
