Location: Bangalore

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible individual to manage the day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support compliance and reporting functions.
  • The role will involve working closely with internal teams, auditors, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries in the system (Tally/ERP/SAP/Oracle)
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions, including vendor payments and customer receipts
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor daily fund positions
  • Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements and MIS reports
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory returns and payments
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing for audit and statutory purposes
  • Coordinate with external auditors during statutory, tax, and internal audits
  • Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting
  • Assist in fixed asset accounting, depreciation, and related schedules
  • Reconcile ledgers and identify discrepancies
  • Prepare data for tax computation and filing
  • Monitor compliance timelines and ensure adherence to regulatory deadlines

Qualifications & Skills

  • Good understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS
  • Strong MS Excel skills and ability to handle large data sets
  • Attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and
