As part of the financial and regulatory reporting team, the person shall be responsible for preparing, reviewing and analysing financial statements of Tata AIA Life Insurance along with various related regulatory reporting forms. The role would comprise reading and understanding the regulatory environment applicable to life insurance companies (e.g., IRDAI, MCA, etc.) and applying their understanding of the regulations in the milestones.
Good communication skills and working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PPT) is a pre-requisite for this role.

E.Key Result Areas ( In Bullet points )
.Preparation of financial statement including cash flow statement .Prepare detailed profit analysis as part of MIS and review the same with the management. .Liaising with statutory auditor for timely completion financial related queries. .Assist in the preparation of Audit Committee presentations for senior management. .Draft and review Notes to Accounts for financial statements. .Demonstrate good understanding of IRDAI regulations, Accounting Standards, Taxation laws in India .Prepare and analyse Expense of Management monthly basis in compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal management reporting requirements. .Prepare Public Disclosures as mandated by IRDAI, ensuring timely and accurate submission. .Conduct balance sheet reconciliations for FRT-related general ledger accounts and coordinate with other Finance teams viz., the Finance Control (FinCon) team, Taxation team, Technical Accounting (TechOps) team. .Support the development and maintenance of the Risk Control Matrix, contributing to internal control and compliance frameworks. |
