Responsibilities

Skills required:

Sound technical knowledge and practical experience of Companies Act and SEBI LODR regulations

Practical knowledge of secretarial function and corporate governance process.

Possess strong domain knowledge, has strong secretarial and compliance skills

Responsibility

End to end project management. Key activities include guiding the team on technical matters / compliance matters, manage client relationships, monitor project progress and relevant operational / financial matters.

Application of Companies Act and SEBI regulations to compliance process

Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Demonstrate ability to assimilate new knowledge

Possess good business acumen. Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge

Work with stringent deadlines and deliver effectively and efficiently

Qualifications

  • Possess strong domain knowledge, secretarial/governance compliance knowledge and experience
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Possess strong data analytics skills and knowledge of advanced data analytical tools will be an advantage
  • Consistent display of leadership skills
  • Excellent client management and communication skills
  • Sound organizational, planning and prioritization skills
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Understanding of IT systems, Knowledge of MS office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc), Hands on IT ( SAP / Oracle) experience will be an added plus
  • Qualification : Company Secretary
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience
  • Relevant certifications would be an added advantage
