Job Description

The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making. The role involves managing accounting systems and operations, monitoring cash flow, preparing MIS reports and budgets, and ensuring adherence to statutory regulations including GST and TDS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
  • Oversee accounting systems such as Tally, SAP, or other ERP platforms.
  • Support management in financial planning, analysis, and operational efficiency.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in financial operations and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting systems and ERP tools.
  • Hands-on experience in managing accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
  • Expertise in preparing MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Ability to support strategic decision-making with financial insights.
