The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making. The role involves managing accounting systems and operations, monitoring cash flow, preparing MIS reports and budgets, and ensuring adherence to statutory regulations including GST and TDS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
- Oversee accounting systems such as Tally, SAP, or other ERP platforms.
- Support management in financial planning, analysis, and operational efficiency.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in financial operations and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting systems and ERP tools.
- Hands-on experience in managing accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
- Expertise in preparing MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements.
