Key Accountabilities
- New Customer Acquisition Leading to fostering the commercial priorities High amount of New Customer Acquisition leading to fostering the commercial priorities of the area.
- Monitoring sales Pursue the vision of Maersk to be an Integrator of Container Logistics and work around digital products.
- Establishing good rapport with clients Manage assigned customers and budget base with a view to build a portfolio and business plan for the next 3 years.
- Developing new sales opportunities Build a good understanding of target customers and the assigned account base (contacts, commodities, trade lanes, type of business, contract information including exceptions and service requirements).
- Tracking account targets Establish internal network in India cluster and globally to facilitate resolution of customer issues.
- Acting as the point of contact for clients Build understanding of all service offerings to be able to offer integrated solutions. Communicate significant trends, rate changes and policies to assigned accounts. Ensure Customer Relationship Management tools are updated on time and with high quality data.

Education Qualification - B.Com/M.Com./MBA-Finance/CA/ICWAI
Skills Required
Functional Skills Strong knowledge of Sales and Marketing Accounting. General management experience in handling negotiation, time management, production & processing, and transporting. Good interpersonal skills including people management and leadership skills. Experience of working on SAP is essential.
