Getfive is a SEBI-registered Merchant Banking firm having offices in Mumbai andAhmedabad. The firm specializes in IPOs and pre-IPO private equity fund-raising. Alongwith the Merchant banking arm, the firm also manages an AIF focused on late-stagecompanies.

Key Responsibilities*

Maintain daily NAV (Net Asset Value) calculation of the AIF funds, ensuringaccuracy and timeliness.

Maintain and update the AIF dashboard on an ongoing basis; proactively identifyareas for improvement and implement enhancements.

Handle taxation calculations for the AIF and all entities involved in the fundstructure, ensuring full compliance with the Income Tax Act.

Maintain monthly fee and expense calculations for AIF funds; monitor andensure compliance of all fund expenses with regulatory requirements.

Assist in preparing comprehensive due diligence reports and investment thesisfor all investments of the funds.

Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks related to AIF operations and fundmanagement as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills Required

CA dropouts only

Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are encouragedto apply.

Knowledge of the Income Tax Act and its application to Alternative InvestmentFunds is preferred but not compulsory.

Proficiency in MS Excel.

Familiarity with fund management is a plus.
