What will you do

  • Review and monitor day-to-day accounting entries and documentation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, invoices, and revenue records for co-working and program operations.
  • Manage statutory compliances including GST, TDS, PF, PT, and coordinate timely filings.
  • Prepare data, schedules, and reports for internal, external, and program/grant audits.
  • Support audit queries and ensure closure within timelines.
  • Prepare monthly MIS, dashboards, and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Maintain proper control processes and support financial governance initiatives.
  • Coordinate with vendors, program teams, and operations for finance-related requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Educational Background

  • CA Qualified/ Semi Qualified
  • Experience with grant-based organizations or co-working/operations finance is an added advantage.
  • Experience in audit support (internal/external) and compliance-driven environments

Experience:

  • 3-5 years
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions), MS Office tools, and accounting software such as Zoho Books and Tally/ERP.
