Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable Management:
- Manage credit customer accounts receivables with accuracy and discipline.
- Ensure timely GRN (Goods Receipt Note) follow-up with CFA (Carrying & Forwarding Agent) to facilitate smooth collection and reconciliation.
Reconciliation & Discrepancy Resolution:
- Conduct periodic reconciliation of credit buyer accounts.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
Accounting & Inventory:
- Apply general accounting knowledge to daily operations, including stock and inventory management.
- Collaborate with supply chain and commercial teams for inventory accuracy.
SAP Operations:
- Work within SAP FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling), and SD (Sales & Distribution) modules for transactional accuracy, reporting, and financial documentation.
GST & Statutory Compliance:
- Possess sound knowledge and hands-on experience in GST accounting.
- Ensure accurate input credit management, timely reconciliation, and adherence to all GST statutory requirements.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors degree in Commerce/Finance; CA Inter/MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in the FMCG or Personal Care sector.
- Proficient in SAP (FI, CO, SD modules) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and compliance-oriented.
