The Assistant Manager Facilities is responsible for end-to-end facilities management across all Cult associated formats within the city. The role ensures 99.9% uptime of all facility services, timely issue resolution, vendor performance, preventive maintenance, and cost - efficient operations while maintaining Cultfit's quality and safety standards.

Role
Facilities Operations Management
- Lead and manage daily facility operations for all centres in the city.
- Ensure seamless support to Operations with 99.9% service uptime across utilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Conduct periodic walkthroughs to ensure adherence to facility standards and SOPs.
Ticket Closure & Service SLAs
- Ensure timely closure of all tickets raised via Ops, Audit, Quality, or ticketing tools.
- Track SLAs, follow up with vendors, and ensure resolution within defined timelines.
SOP & Process Compliance
- Implement and monitor all systems, processes, and SOPs related to facilities.
- Ensure compliance with safety norms, maintenance standards, and company guidelines.
Budgeting, Cost Efficiency & Optimization
- Manage facility operations within approved budgets.
- Track budget vs actuals, identify overspends, submit variance reports, and drive annual savings initiatives.
- Introduce cost optimization measures without affecting service quality.
Vendor Management
- Oversee performance of all facility-related vendors.
- Build backup vendor options to ensure business continuity.
- Ensure vendor manpower availability, quality of work, and SLA adherence.
Asset Management & Preventive Maintenance
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and machines with zero downtime.
- Monitor AMC visits, validate service reports, and track asset health.
- Ensure critical equipment testing from a business continuity perspective.
Refresh / Facelift / Mini-renovation Projects
- Plan, supervise, and ensure timely execution of refresh and facelift works.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure quality and on-time completion.
Quality Assurance
- Audit centres for facility quality, safety compliance, cleanliness, and infrastructure readiness.
- Evaluate vendor workmanship and material quality; recommend improvements.
MIS, Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain and update all trackers for maintenance, AMC, breakdowns, vendor visits, and expenses.
- Prepare MIS reports and share with the Regional Lead.
Invoicing & Documentation
- Validate vendor invoices with proper documentation.
- Maintain records of work orders, POs, and service reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Facilities, Operations, or relevant field.
- 8 12 years of experience in facility management (retail, FMCG, fitness, hospitality preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, DG/UPS, and preventive maintenance.
