Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager Export Sales to join our team in Jodhpur. This is a key role where you'll drive export sales, manage client relationships, and ensure all export operations run smoothly. Your work will be crucial in expanding our presence in international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential international clients and partners to grow our export customer base.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee all aspects of export operations, including documentation, compliance, and logistics.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, traders, and international partners.
  • Conduct thorough market research to analyze global trends and competitor activities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure timely follow-up on payments and customer feedback.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in export sales or international business development (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple export processes at once.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
