The incumbent would be part of System Support and Projects team and shall be responsible for following:
- Manage multiple markets and systems on Production Support process in JAPA /EMEA & US LAC
- Manage and deliver on multiple small projects basis customer and organization requirement.
- Support projects involving new product development, system upgrades and platform changes.
- Customer, Technology, third party Partner engagement and relationship management.
- Problem solving and designing solutions for gaps/issues in process
- Support driving standardization, improvement, re-engineering / cost effectiveness initiatives through process improvement suggestions
- Work in diverse challenging environment and offer consultation and solutions.
- Support change management initiatives, system upgrades and implementations.
- Adherence to Controls and compliance as per company policy and norms
