Role and Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall team performance.
Execute the sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet organizational objectives.
Support the development of sales presentations, proposals, and client pitches.
Assist in forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue.
Contribute to pricing strategy, rate setting, and development of sales policies and procedures.
Analyze market trends and data to identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate effectively with Shipping Lines, CHAs, Freight Forwarders, Rail Operators, Exporters, Importers, and other facility users.
Provide accurate routing and shipment information to ensure timely deliveries.
Prepare and submit reports to concerned stakeholders within defined timelines.
Ensure zero revenue leakage through proper monitoring and controls.
Improve operational efficiency by delivering timely and high-quality customer service.
Maintain high customer satisfaction with a focus on minimizing complaints.
Drive cost-saving initiatives and operational improvements.
Ensure strict adherence to company safety and security policies and oversee on-ground implementation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external vendors, customers, and government authorities.
Ensure compliance with customer-level transportation SLAs.
Qualification
Graduate with a minimum of 7 years of relevant industry experience.
Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant business software systems.
Good knowledge and experience in the same trade/industry domain.
